ABOUT JIM HEINRICH

High Performing Team Leader. Vision-driven change agent with career-long record of project management, real estate management, and land resource planning for leading organizations. Over 20 years of land development experience in California and the West region. My experience working at State and local agencies, along with being on the side of the private sector, gives me a unique skill set to be able to communicate and bridge the gap on both sides of development. I have built, developed, and led high performing teams of Site Acquisition and A&E professionals to oversee land acquisition, planning, zoning, permitting services along with utility coordination to provide entitlement deliverables to the customer in a consistent and predictive manner that continuously exceeds customer goals and expectations. I have been successful lobbying State and Local officials and getting their support to unique projects that have been unfamiliar to jurisdictions prior to our developments by meeting with stakeholders, attending policy workgroups, working with department directors, and testifying at Planning Commission hearings. I have served in influential, respected leadership positions that leverage expertise on matters related to land acquisition, permitting applications, and business strategy, while maintaining a strong strategic focus on business objectives.
