Currently implementing Operational Excellence in my Director of Quality position. Work history summary, I have worked in Quality Assurance for over 35 years for a number of Automotive and Aerospace corporations in leadership positions with increasing responsibility. I have broad experience in Quality Assurance and have been a leader in the implementation of AS9100, ISO-9001:2008, and (TS16949) automotive quality standards for several companies. I have worked in Electronics and PCB manufacture for over 14 years and have a comprehensive understanding of processes required. Specialties: My primary expertise has been the implementation of Quality systems and usually with very short implementation deadlines (i.e. and AS-9100). Six years experience with Shingo Prize model implementation.
