As a partner in EY’s Assurance practice, I have experience serving public and private entities with a specific focus on high growth companies. My client base has covered a broad range of industries, including the life sciences, technology and manufacturing sectors. In serving EY\'s clients, I assist in numerous areas such as financial statement audits, initial public offerings, public debt and follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity offerings along with other aspects of business transformation. In serving as a partner, I also leverage my experience with multinational companies, including assisting with global expansion, international structuring, due diligence, SOX internal controls assessment work, and overall international business and accounting matters.
