BackgroundMs. Alvarez has over 35 years of experience in various aspects of the electric utility industry with Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC and its predecessors including generation, retail, and T&D. Her experience over the last twenty years in Transmission Engineering and Transmission Project Support has provided excellent opportunities to hone her technical and interpersonal skills with increasing levels of responsibility in the areas of transmission line design, transmission line construction management and transmission line certification.
