ABOUT YAO HUI CHAI
I first started in Computer Engineering and Advertising before settling on VFX in feature films. Life is too short to ever doubt about yourself and never look down on what you\'re capable of, especially in difficult times. I\'ve seen people deliver an insane amount of work on a tight schedule due to strict targets, I was there to coordinate and facilitate, being a part of Production Management is challenging from the ground up, as you will need to cater to all sorts of issues all day long. As time progressed, I began to enjoy what I do and eventually excel in it, which made me strive to look forward to further improving and expanding the capabilities of my team members, knowing them constantly outperforming themselves is my main goal in achieving excellence. What sets us apart might be our position or ranking, but what brings us together to achieve success is our vision. If you\'re ever in need of emotional support, career guidance, or just a casual conversation about life, feel free to reach out to me.
