Develop and enhance models for asset valuation, structured deal pricing and hedging strategies testing- Collaborate with the Origination team to gauge counterparties\' risk appetite, refine deal pricing, negotiate terms, run scenario tests, and assess risks- Collaborate closely with M&A teams on deal valuation, participate in the due diligence process, and coordinate with multiple teams to fully understand the deal and meet timeline objectives- Review the PPA and related commercial contracts to ensure that all essential terms are incorporated into the pricing model- Coordinate with the Term Trading and Structured Trading team to align structured deal valuations with AES Clean Energy’s power market outlook.
