I created a new responsive WordPress website: visitwestend.com. • I design promotional material for print and digital using Adobe Creative Suite and for video using Canva. • I manage, monitor and report analytics for websites via Google Analytics. • I create content promoting over 200 diverse businesses on social media while analysing, increasing followers and building relationships with influencers. • The percentage of followers increased while I have managed the social media accounts are: • April 2021 - March 2022: Instagram +28.9%(7,224), Facebook +4%(9,216) and Twitter +49.75%(3,594). • April 2020 - March 2021: Instagram +133%, Facebook +12% and Twitter +27%. • April 2019 - March 2020: Instagram +43%, Facebook +19% and Twitter +22%. • April 2018 - March 2019: Instagram +41%, Facebook +14% and Twitter +28%. • Liaising with Green Tourism, I encourage businesses to improve their sustainability while achieving a Green Tourism award for the BID office. • I conceived and conducted an anti-littering campaign and constructed the Green Initiative section for Visit West End’s website with tangible tips and resources to improve the environment, making Glasgow cleaner and greener. • I am responsible for hiring and managing temporary event staff members. • I undertake copy writing for websites, social media and Sky TV adverts. • Our television advert, was seen over 93,244 times on the Sky Channels in December 2020. • I am responsible for photoshoot coordination. • I develop and deliver events designed to increase the footfall on, and profile of, Byres Road including the open air cinema in Glasgow Botanic Gardens and the Christmas lights switch-on. • In partnership with Social Bite, Visit West End co-hosts the Festival of Kindness with a mission of providing meals, gifts, and essential items to homeless and vulnerable people. Over gifts donated in Glasgow, contributing to a total GPB in 2020 and GPB in 2021.
