As a managing broker, my main roles are in growth, training/education, compliance, & retention of agents. I recruit & hire highly qualified agents. I also assist in the hiring and management of our office staff of 4 people. I provide weekly training & sales meetings for agents. I also continuously audit real estate contracts & ensure files are in compliance with state regulations. I manage a highly productive group of salespeople and assist them with their legal questions, any problems that arise during the transaction, and title, inspection or financing issues that can be resolved. After managing thousands of transactions, and helping in countless situations, there aren\'t too many situations I haven\'t seen! I also help with retention of our agents and make sure each agent is appreciated and valued in our office. I conduct our volunteer efforts, plan social events for the office, host book clubs & studies focused on personal or work growth, teach a nine-week new agent training course and also develop and teach our state-mandated Continuing Education courses.
