As the Marketing Specialist, I create the social media strategies for 10 channels across Facebook and Instagram, including the topics discussed, content, photos/videos utilized, and cross-promotion strategies. I administer all social outreach with guests on our social channels, as well as lead the influencer strategy and collaboration for our social channels. My position has a range of responsibilities, including- Social Media Management: Creating the content calendar that manages the post type, image/video, caption, hashtags, and cross-promotion strategy for 10 channels and utilizing Sprinklr (Social Media Management Platform) to schedule posts and engage with our audiences-Content Creation: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Express, Canva, Splice, and Capcut to create and edit content for Social Media and ad campaigns- Reputation Management: Respond to guest feedback across 4 platforms encompassing a total of 50+ channels, ensuring feedback is passed along to management for assistance and awareness- Email Newsletters: Develop the PGA Frisco e-newsletter utilizing Constant Contact with upcoming event information and ticket links, sent to over subscribers, analyzing the Heat Map to determine event popularity and pushes on social media- Design Program Usage for Creative and Social: Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Canva, utilizing both to create signage for major Holiday events, Resort and PGA District events, Influencer information, PR Agency onboarding, Weekend Activity Guides, Resort Guides, and social media. Utilize Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud to create event templates for PGA District Kiosks and Jumbotron-Marketing Softwares/Programs: Working knowledge and daily usage of Trumba, Avery, Monday.com, Wordpress, LinkedIn, QR Tiger, and Bitly.
