Strategic management and retention of a key accounts and SME/TPE client portfolio in the energy sector, acting as the main point of contact for all operational and contractual matters.• In-depth needs analysis and development of tailored solutions: capacity optimisation, electricity and gas excise tax optimisation (e.g. CSPE/TICGN), consumption analysis and energy efficiency recommendations.• Advanced expertise in Salesforce, used on a daily basis to manage the client portfolio, structure processes, track actions and deliver advanced reporting.• Regular use of Enedis’ SGE platform for technical monitoring, access to historical data, analysis of energy flow movements and securing operations (metering service requests, terminations, etc.).• Daily interface with suppliers and internal teams to ensure service quality, deadline compliance, contractual adherence and data consistency.• Proactive management of claims and disputes, coordination of corrective actions and client support on digital tools (Eveler, customer portal).• Preparation of energy budgets, landing forecasts and variance analyses for clients requiring close monitoring of their energy costs.• Production of regular reports, ongoing regulatory monitoring and close collaboration with sales teams to optimise portfolio performance and streamline contract management.• Subject matter expert, providing operational support to teams and designing/delivering training sessions to ensure continuous skills development.
