Establish business relationships through account management with assigned customer segments including commercial, industrial and government accounts with substantial energy usage. Develop and execute account management strategy and corporate account plans. Manage the customer and NV Energy relationship development with a wide range of decision-makers in the customer organizations, i.e, Account Management, Legal, Production, Engineering, Finance, and other function areas as identified. Develop a positive influence on customers’ future decision to support NV Energy as their energy service provider. Develop strategies to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customers’ representative to understand and link their needs to the organizations’ product and service strategies.
