ABOUT JESSICA CROQUART

Jessica Croquart, MHA, PAHM, REBC, CPBS is a Senior Account Executive at SIHO Insurance Services, where she has been for 13 years. She works with fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded clients to design and manage their employee health benefits. Jessica is responsible for the client’s relationship with SIHO from implementation through renewal, providing service to the plan and its administrators, and working with her clients to design benefits that meet their long-term strategies. Jessica graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2012 with a Master’s in Health Administration. She is a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant, obtained through the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and is a Certified Pharmacy Benefit Specialist. Jessica has obtained the Professional Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) designation from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), is Advanced Self-Funded Certified, Self-Funded Certified, Advanced Account Manager Certified, Account Manager Certified, and ACA Certified from NAHU and is a graduate of the NAHU Leadership Academy. She is the Secretary and Awards Chair of her chapter of NAHU, as well as Secretary of the Seymour, Indiana Rotary Club.
