My favorite part of my role as Client Solutions Field Marketing Manager is being able to divide my time between direct interaction with our customers/account teams that work closest to them and our product managers/support teams. Because of this, I\'m able to bring real life feedback directly to teams that continue to develop better experiences for our customers and deliver the message of the \"why\'s\" behind the \"what\". While my role focuses on client hardware, we all know that there is so much more to the end user experience than just that one piece. During my conversations, I like to show our customers how Dell Technologies can solve immediate needs, how unique solutions we offer can integrate into existing environments to streamline processes at no cost, and how we can help customers reach their long term strategic goals which will allow IT to focus on innovation instead of the daily \"run the business\" tasks. My role works cross-functionally across client solutions including client hardware, consulting, management, endpoint security, peripherals, services, procurement, and many more. I both create and deliver content to internal and external audiences with the goal of showing how Dell Technologies can help simplify the complexities of the ever changing demands of a growing workforce that requires access to work from any device, any time, at any location.
