   At Synovus, I act as Sr. Learning Program Analyst of Synovus\' Enterprise Learning department under the Director of Enterprise Learning. A main component of my role is implementing learning measurement infrastructure and maintaining data analytics to ensure learning effectiveness measures are met. I also serve as a program manager over our enterprise learning teams.A few areas of impact- Auditing the current data collection practices within the department, organizing what\'s been done, and identifying areas for improvement- Crafting the department\'s new learning measurement methodology, aligning it to best practices, research, and company needs- Outlining data collection opportunities, collection cadences, assessment strategy of skills & competencies for our new hire trainings, lines of business projects, and specialty programs- Partnering with leaders from various lines of business to identify KPIs, data metrics, and data collection strategy for programs crafted in conjunction with our department- Using captured data to apply to award opportunities for our department to showcase the work we\'ve been doing across our learning specialist teams, learning business partner consultant teams, and learning technology teams.
