In this role as Sr. Communications Advisor, I directed project activities related to all communication and knowledge management for the global Data for Implementation (Data.FI) project. Designed and executed digital strategic communications strategies that amplified thought leadership for the $110 million Data for Implementation project, which built and enhanced health information systems for national governments across 25+ countries. Amplified the impact of the company’s technical expertise and program performance across our 25+ country footprint by setting rigorous branding and editorial quality standards for up to 500 multi-lingual digital and print communications products per year. Identified multiple audiences for storytelling opportunities and published results that reached more than individuals per year through targeted dissemination campaigns. Implemented a global health-focused social media campaign that resulted in a 65% increase in LinkedIn followers in less than one year. For the international Data.FI project across 25 nations, produced and approved more than 500 communications products, including promotional materials, website content, monthly internal bulletins, digital mailings,and semi-annual and annual reports. Ensured efficiency and high-quality knowledge sharing by overseeing and developing knowledge management systems, combined with training 150+ staff members on communications priorities.
