WORK HISTORY

ABOUT JESPER I MICHELSEN

Experienced Leader in People and Project Management with a Proven Track Record. With a deep-seated curiosity and a proactive mindset, I have cultivated a robust skill set throughout my extensive career, specializing as a Senior Project Manager in complex large-scale offshore wind farm projects across the globe. Additionally, I have honed my leadership abilities, successfully managing a department of 12 Technical Project Managers. My core drivers—curiosity, integrity, and ambition—are complemented by my values of honesty, openness, and equality. I excel in complex environments where networking, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking are essential for success. One of the most rewarding pieces of feedback I\'ve received is from a colleague who remarked that I possess a \"black belt in stakeholder management.\" Over the past decade, I have focused on building high-performing teams, setting clear direction and targets, and fostering the development of individual team members. Witnessing employees grow, achieve promotions, and assume high-level positions has been a source of immense pride for me. I am adaptable, easygoing, and experienced in working with diverse cultures in international settings. My approach is flexible, yet always focused on meeting the needs of the project and delivering results. I look forward to connecting with you, perhaps over a cup of coffee, to explore how I can contribute and bring added value to your organization.
