Managing Director - Securitization - Co-Head of Clean Energy / Head of Special Situation- Fixed Income and Capital Market – Origination, structuring and distribution of asset backed securities with an expertise in a wide range of assets (trade receivables, auto loans / leases, credit cards as well as esoteric assets: solar loans, EV charging station, EaaS, art loan, market place lending, C-PACE)- Team management: In my current assignment as co-head of Clean Energy and head of the esoteric assets in CACIB securitization group I manage a team of 9 people- New products and new activities development: From 2015 to 2020 I was sent to Canada to set up and grow the bank new Canadian securitization franchise. Since I returned to NY, I am in charge of identifying and developing new asset classes. I originated and arranged the first art-loan financing for the bank and I am currently working on our first C-PACE (energy transition loans) transaction- Corporate clients and investors relation: As an originator and structurer of ABS I interact with large corporate clients of the bank as well as ABS investors- International profile: I started my career in Tokyo in 1998 before spending close to 23 years in North America (18 years in the US and 5 years in Canada)
