ABOUT JEREMY THEVENOT

Turning ideas into value has always been my drive. Building my path in finance with a strong interest in M&A and investment banking. I began my journey with entrepreneurship, by launching several projects that taught me creativity, autonomy, and self-discipline. Very quickly, I realized that behind every ambitious idea lies a financial strategy that determines its success.This mindset naturally led me to corporate finance and M&A, where strategy, analysis, and execution merge to create value. Over the past years, I strengthened my skills through coursework and professional certifications in LBOs, M&A, and modelling. Through my internships in Corporate M&A and Startups, I gained hands-on experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and external growth initiatives. At ESSEC, I serve as Head of Financials and Sector of the Luxury branch at the ESSEC Club of Economics (ECE), the school’s largest finance association. I contribute to equity research projects and present investment theses before a committee of students and professors. I also represented ECE in VC101, an international Venture Capital competition, where our team won 2nd place. Beyond numbers, I am passionate about cars and regularly participate in rallies with both modern and classic models. This interest combines passion and performance, and reflects the same values that guide my career: curiosity, precision, and self-development. Today, I aim to deepen my experience in M&A and continue to learn alongside top professionals.
