ABOUT JEREMY HALL

An experienced healthcare executive with a focus on driving improved performance in all aspect of facility operations. I currently serve as Associate Administrator of a 173 bed acute care hospital in Beckley, West Virginia. Beckley ARH offers a wide variey of services including cardiac cathererization and vascular surgery, oncology, OR and endoscopy suites, orthopedics, and a 60 bed behavioral health unit. In my current role I provide both fiscal and operational oversight to the facility. I have also had the opportunity to oversee two new construction projects totaling nearly $6 million. I previously spent five years as the Assistant Administrator, of a 96 bed facility in eastern Kentucky. During those four years I was presented with numerous challenges and delivered exceptional results. I provided oversight to all support department and numerous ancillary departments. I was responsible for financial oversight of the facility including preparation of the operating budget and administration of resources. During my time there, Middlesboro ARH established itself as a financially stable and sustainable facility that produced excellent outcomes for our patient population. In summation, I would describe myself as a proven leader with ability to lead an organization toward accomplishing strategic goals and objectives. I have demonstrated the ability to form quality professional relationships with employees, members of the medical staff and community stakeholders that allow me to drive forward initiatives in support of the organizations goals and objectives. I am a team player who has demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the organization.
