This includes- Functional & regression testing for different business domains in our platform (this includes testing UI, API and Database layers)- Collaborating with product owners, Devs, DevOps and other stakeholders to investigate, prioritize and resolve bugs - Using automated testing tools for UI, API, Database and Infrastructure testing such as Cypress.io, Postman, as well as Pandas, Psycopg2, mocha and chai.js - Advocating for the quality perspective on an agile scrum team to ensure that requirements are accurate, coherent and testable- Developing test plans and test cases to ensure clear, specific, repeatable tests - Building test environments for both sprint-level and regression testing- Onboarding and training new QA engineers Technologies / Tools I use regularly-Cypress.io -Github Actions -Jenkins -Postgre SQL -Testrail -Postman -Javascript (mocha, chai.js)-Python (Pandas, Boto3, Psycopg2)-AWS (lambda, cloudwatch, S3)
