The product focuses on genuine connections rather than curated content or attention-driven feeds.I’m currently part of the Growth & Friends team, working at the intersection of social relationships and user engagement.Social & Relationships • Owning key parts of how relationships are handled inside the app • Building and improving friends, followers, and following experiences • Designing content discovery through carousels and smart suggestions • Improving relationship visibility via social lists and connection surfaces • Helping users discover and grow meaningful connections in a non-algorithmic wayGrowth & Retention • Driving user retention • Designing engagement loops using streaks, push notifications, and playful mechanics • Experimenting on how and when users come back to post and interact • Finding “ludic” and lightweight ways to re-engage without compromising authenticityTech & Ways of Working • SwiftUI with Clean Architecture • Fast iteration and experimentation using Amplitude • CI/CD powered by GitHub Actions • Monitoring and app health via Datadog dashboards • Fully AI-powered team workflows (Cursor, Claude Code), pushing AI usage as far as possible to accelerate delivery and improve quality
