I\'m an enthusiastic, hands-on engineering leader possessing a can-do attitude, with a focus on, and proven record of delivering results! I strongly believe in the mantra \'Leave your titles at the door\' and apply it to myself by wearing multiple hats, at all levels, and directly contributing to our engineering success. I have an invaluable ability to successfully navigate difficult change management opportunities, across disparate groups, by acting as a change agent and cultivating consensus. My strong communication and motivational skills work to empower employees and direct their developmental progression. I\'ve accumulated broad knowledge and expertise, for both SaaS and on-prem software, in areas from product development, cybersecurity, devops, analytics, quality, performance, metrics/reporting, technical writing, program management, to escalations. For each of these areas I have directly lead team(s) specializing in their respective intricacies. Spanning my career, I\'ve:• Provided leadership to amazing individual contributors and mangers spanning a global footprint from America, India, China, Canada, Europe, and Africa. • Cultivated and developed teams and led organizations ranging in size to 225 people. • Single-handedly established, from the ground up, the analytics and business intelligence infrastructure, data pipelines, and reporting capabilities to facilitate business decisions.• Created and contributed towards initiatives and processes to drive business success, including: reduction of technical debt, improved quality, increased productivity & automation, improved customer relations, and decreased costs.• Bootstrapped teams from scratch - from hiring, hands-on learning, road-map vision, execution, and growth to support large engineering organizations. • Contributed thought leadership and drove transformations from on-prem and monolithic applications to SaaS solutions.
