I\'m a hunter-gatherer: I hunt for knowledge and gather people to create results, generate ideas, and solve problems.I am passionate about developing and implementing processes and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and incident resolution. Creating clear, effective communications and presentations for complex business and technology environments is a talent I\'ve developed and contributed in every role. Educating and coaching others on best practices and standards has become a key focus in recent years.
