Jennifer is the California leader of EY\'s Transaction Tax (M&A) Advisory services practice. In her 30 years at the firm, Jennifer has focused on providing global tax structuring, due diligence, integration and other tax services to leading technology-focused private equity firms and Fortune 500 technology companies. In addition to her current roles within EY, she has also worked in the firm’s National Tax Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the National Tax Joint Venture and Partnership Tax Consulting Group.
