Recruiting Strategic Planning • Engage with Provider Recruitment to inform direction, prioritization, and placement of recruitment efforts based on field and provider insight • Utilize provider, market, and volume reports to guide focus and attention based on anticipated market changes, provider shortages, & community needs and predictive assumptions • Finalize list of geographies, and corresponding residencies and fellowships, to target for prioritized physician recruiting Conference, Society, Program, School & Event Representation & Planning • Represent AMSURG at all relevant prioritized conferences, society meetings, program meetings, events, roundtables, virtual meetings, education program lunches and events, etc, by developing relationships with key leaders in each area • Network with providers in engagement database to ensure personal invitations and meet and greets occur at relevant events Provider Network & Relationship Management • Build and maintain a database of providers across specialties and provider types and ensure details and tracking are in place for regular relationship building and planning for engagement • Make introductions of qualified providers to appropriate individuals for facilitation of the provider integration process.
