Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Planning degree with first class honours from the University of Auckland and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.She has a broad range of experience in land use and regional planning, including presenting evidence in the Environment Court and resolving appeals through the Environment Court mediation process, submitting on district and regional plans and notices of requirement, and developing policy for local government.
