ABOUT JENNI BRASINGTON

As an Education Management Professional, my goal is to develop innovative and compelling programs that promote access to quality education for all children and work to close the achievement gap. As a consultant, curriculum developer, and training facilitator, I cultivate positive learning environments that meet the ongoing needs of children, parents, and the education community at large. An expert in training, assessment, and curriculum development, I specialize in building organizational capacity for quality-based early learning programs and effective and sustainable family engagement practices. I provide technical assistance and program development, leadership, consulting, and countrywide core curriculum design services. The rewards of working in the field of Education Management go beyond a paycheck. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed the opportunity to play a role in implementing education reform initiatives designed to build capacity and address learning disparities in under-served communities to positively impact more than educators, 325 schools and families. By developing initiatives such as the Family Friendly Walk Through (FFWT) and the Kids Express before/after school program, I have garnered extensive project management experience and confidence in leading and motivating teams, balancing budgets, and managing state and federal grants ($5 million dollars +) and initiatives.
