Responsible for the continuous development of Youth Services, including three youth centres and a multidisciplinary team delivering youth development programs and projects.Our mission is to work in partnership with young people and the broader Onkaparinga community to create meaningful opportunities that support wellbeing, connection, engagement, and empowerment for those aged 8 to 25.Onkaparinga Youth focus on leadership, arts, music, recreation, entrepreneurship, events, social connection and education. This role leads the strategic planning and successful day-to-day operation of Youth Services, building strong partnerships, managing staff and resources across multiple sites, and driving innovation in the way we support young people to thrive.
