ABOUT JENIFER DEATLEY
I have been a non-profit and community leader for the past 20+ years. Developing and implementing innovative and strategic programming and tools that address social injustices and health disparities among communities and their youth has been a key focus of my work. Along the way, I have always believed that what we do can, and often does, define who we are, especially when done with intention and fortitude. I currently oversee the Sustainable Food Center\'s farm viability and supply chain work, ensuring transformational impact in the Texas food system While I have engaged in volunteerism since I was young, my current involvement includes serving on the national Board of Directors for the Healthy Teen Network and UnHushed, and advising and consulting with local organizations. My specialties include technical leadership and legacy planning, vision and strategy, program and curriculum development, sustainability, and growth and performance management. I am interested in connecting these skills and experiences in organizational leadership to have the greatest social impact.
