As a Program Lead for the TCS MSP, I oversee the Technology, Software, and Services business group, where my team supports high‑volume contingent hiring for leading technology and professional services organizations.My background in leadership enables me to manage, coach, and develop a team of Program Consultants, guide VMS‑driven requisition activity, and act as the primary escalation point for clients and suppliers. My focus is on delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and effective workforce strategies. I provide consultative support to end users, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve complex issues, and help teams leverage VMS technology to achieve consistent, high‑quality results.With a strong background in Direct Sourcing recruitment, I bring a deep understanding of the supplier side of MSP operations and talent evaluation. This experience enables me to strengthen supplier performance, improve candidate quality, and help hiring managers move quickly and confidently.I’m passionate about optimizing workforce programs, elevating the client and supplier experience, and building strong partnerships that drive smarter, faster hiring.
