ABOUT JENALYN JENAORNIDO PGCSP

Working in HR particularly in a role that focuses on the development of human resources, leadership, managerial and cultural capabilities of employees excite me. Designing, developing, and delivering programs for leaders, emerging leaders, and managers of the organization is a passion. Facilitating a smooth organizational transition and change to sustain high-quality operations is something I do well. Leading a team in partnering and driving the achievement of business results is I do everyday. In my previous work experiences, one of the major tasks is to influence and implement organizational change, to maximize employee capabilities, enhance strengths, and develop potentials into reality. The next ideal role would be one that provides the opportunity to demonstrate my leadership and managerial abilities. Promoting and encouraging people to learn, develop, progress, and succeed. Creating a work environment where employees are engaged and motivated by their own career and professional aspirations is a dream. Guiding and allowing people to grow, build, and recognize their personal investment in sustaining business growth that will benefit them, their team, and family- HR professional since 1991 - Worked with multi-national, manufacturing and service-oriented organizations in the Philippines & NZ - Over 13 years spent with direct responsibility for the performance of others- Six years spent in financial custodianship and management, and office and services administration - Over 8 years as a Manager and a member of the leadership team- Often task to lead teams in delivering projects, programmes, and HR outcomes.
