Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning-Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions-Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence-Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls-Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits-Communicate with passengers whose flights are cancelled or delayed and/or assist them to find a hotel in a desired area, and arrange private transportation-Interact with hotels all over New York to create partnerships and provide discounts for passengers-Help airlines with cancelled/delayed flights, providing all the passengers and airline crew members’ hotel rooms-Assigned transport of special needs passengers, including the disabled, parents with infants, senior citizens, etc-Performing management functions such as staffing, training and expanding business plans-Investigated and resolved customer issues and complaints regarding operational matters.
