Ensuring Hotelexpress online booking platform viewership is accurate especially the negotiated rates for Crew, Business and Leisure Travel are loaded and maintained properly for clients. This includes manual audit of the booking system of both Client Specific Rates and API Preferred quarterly and all data in an effort to assure consistent visibility in the Hotelexpress system. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Managing an online booking platform by inputting and updating correct hotel data into the salesforce system and negotiate deeper discounted rates to maximize client’s savings. Establishing great relationships with major hotel brands and managements throughout the country and advocate for them in maximizing their spend growth within the company Conducting hotel site inspections domestically and internationally when required with customers ensuring each property meets client criteria. Assisting the Corporate Travel team in creating PowerPoint presentation for executives, airline clients, and hotel relationships to showcase achievements during business review. Initiating an internal standard operation procedure to streamline process to increase work productivity.
