Manage and serve as the primary administrator for major College-wide service and concessionaire contracts and assets over $18 million dollars in value for food services, pouring rights, vending machines, catering, housing projects, cell towers, new facilities construction and renovations, student and faculty/staff banking, joint educational facility leases, & event services. • Provide training, adherence to policy, budget and cost reconciliation, and maintenance of accounts.• Act as a liaison between departments and the auxiliary services area to ensure that all elements of service, quality, and price are managed accordingly.• Maintain familiarity with all elements of the related contracts and ensure that accounting is maintained and payments made relating to the contractual relationships.• Ensures that the sales of products are done in a professional manner and serves the greater mission of the college.• Research creative marketing and operational concepts that enhance awareness of areas and drive volume to units where sales occur.• Facilitate safety inspections, take reasonable and prudent actions to eliminate identified hazards.• Ensure contractors take reasonable precautions to resolve issues regarding safety or identified hazards.• Monitor food safety and compliance with work conditions regulations.• Research new revenue opportunities in both traditional and nontraditional College services.• Coordinate and cross utilize resources, teams, and personnel, and leverage relationships with local apartment and housing companies to provide for student housing which meets standards• Partner with Bookstore operations to maximize opportunities for cross-merchandising and profitability
