Responsible for directing and administering the operational and lending efforts of the branch. Will ensure that established policies and procedures are followed and oversee provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers and ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Oversee the training, direction, and supervision of branch staff. Monitor quotas and goals of branch transactions, loan volumes, expenses, and profitability. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Make sales calls and meet with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitor and review construction, development, and commercial loans. Assist with repossessed properties and assists in collections\' activities as needed. Serve borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provide general Bank information and cross sells services along with various other lending and managerial duties.
