Deliver complex enterprise online and mobile banking solutions for retail consumer and small business segments. Ensure product strategies are aligned with company objectives and meet the needs of affiliate banks. Evaluate, establish, negotiate, and manage partnerships and licensing opportunities with vendors. Partner with a broad set of stakeholders to strategize, plan, and improve processes. Direct customer messaging, product positioning, and pricing strategies across all affiliate banks. Established repeatable product management disciplines and utilize Agile development methodologies to optimize efficiencies and deliver iterative customer value. Manage the Bancorp’s $25m digital channel business line budget. Recognized by Javelin Research, LLC in 2016 for being the \"most improved\" bank for our mobile banking offering among the top 30 U.S. banks — moving from the 30th to the 17th position in a single year.
