Managed several long-term engagements focused on implementing XSOAR at various levels across accounting, health care, insurance, investment and travel services. Developed security automation use cases with the input from customer teams, then used these to write in-depth technical documentation to support annual audit requirements and steer playbook development. Built numerous custom playbooks and automations to support security operations, incident response and even more general business operations. Guided security automation enablement by providing team-based training sessions as well as individual coaching on how to install, administer and develop within XSOAR. Served on the technical interview panel which screens all potential XSOAR resident engineering candidates. Served as an onboarding ambassador to help new resident engineers get up-to-speed on XSOAR best practices and comfortable as a new member of the team. Assisted in providing content for the 2022 update to the Palo Alto Certified Cybersecurity Entry-level Technician (PCCET) exam, primarily in respect to the sections on security operations.
