ABOUT JEFF ROSE

It has been my honor and pleasure to spend a large part of my career in leadership positions, where I have learned that every business has two great assets - its employees (better referred to as teammates) and its customers. A business will succeed as long as it takes care of those two assets above everything else. In today\'s business world, where too many organizations are focused on annual growth and satisfying shareholders to get favorable Wall Street press coverage, those two assets are increasingly devalued, to the company\'s detriment.Today, I am happy to be a pilot for ABX Air, helping to ensure people across the globe get their packages on time. I am part of a customer-focused company, surrounded by excellent teammates. My passion for collaboration is satisfied each day through working with fellow crewmembers, mechanics, loaders, dispatchers, and schedulers to get the job done safely and efficiently. I look forward to each flight with eagerness and optimism.I have learned that it is definitely true that wonderful opportunities come disguised as problems. Challenges help us accept setbacks when we must, to forge resilience in moving ahead, and to have the humility to let others help us along the way. On both a personal and professional level, it is through the relationships we build and strengthen with others that we reach authentic self-fulfillment.
