Whether it’s resourcing, workflow or figuring out how to make the day run more smoothly, I keep people focused on what actually matters. And I do it in fast-moving environments where the plan rarely plays out exactly as expected.The goal is always to build for scale and support the team as they grow and evolve.    I lead creative operations at EP+Co, supporting teams across multiple disciplines with systems that make the work smoother, faster, and more scalable.Working closely with creative leadership, I help structure resourcing, workflow and staffing strategy to align with business needs across retainer, incremental and new business scopes. I work closely with account, strategy, production and leadership teams to keep the right people on the right projects and adjust quickly when things change.Most of my focus is on the creative side. I shape processes that bring clarity and momentum without adding unnecessary steps. That includes improving intake and briefing, supporting talent onboarding and solving the day-to-day problems that stand between creative teams and the work they are trying to make.The job shifts day to day, but the goal stays the same: support great work by making the path to it clearer.
