Develop and maintain relationships with Owners and Clients while working with the Design Teams (Architects and Engineers) to deliver projects on time and within budget. Manage the preconstruction efforts developing project budgets and then carrying them forward through project management. Establishing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, conduct buyout of trade contracts and supplies, oversight of OAC and weekly Subcontractor Meetings, complete monthly cost projections for multiple projects and manage oversight of field operations for multiple projects, including staffs of superintendents and project managers.
