I am head of sales for Scotland, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland. My remit is to promote the world\'s top football, rugby, hockey, netball, basketball, ski and cricket destinations into schools and clubs giving boys and girls of all abilities the chance of a lifetime to train and play at world class destinations.I engage with the decision maker at the school or club and once we agree a destination and sport I invite parent\'s and guardian\'s to a no obligation presentation evening.I also play an active role in the delivery of the development tours at destination as I feel this helps bring it to life in my presentations as I can take the audience on a journey sharing my first hand experience.I am totally obsessed with customer service and firmly believe that the ‘customer is king’ as well as being very margin aware.In my spare time I host my own Chat show where I talk to people from all walks of life.You can subscribe for free on YouTube by typing in Chit Chat with Jed and Co.#ChitChatJed.
