ABOUT JEANNE SHARP

With over 10 years of experience in prospect development and more than two decades in philanthropy, I am a strategic leader who provides vision, direction, and support for the philanthropy staff at Trust for Public Land, a national non-profit land conservation organization. I am passionate about advancing our mission of creating parks and protecting land for communities across the country.As the Director of Prospect Development, I lead a team of two direct reports who provide major and principal gift research and prospect management support to philanthropy staff across the organization. We assist our philanthropy colleagues to find and meet TPL\'s most passionate and generous supporters by delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate research and analysis and providing portfolio and relationship management support.
