I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to apply what I learned in the classroom to my daily duties and responsibilities for the different roles I’ve held.The Manufacturing Engineering program at Eastern Michigan University, the training and preparation for becoming an Lead Auditor, and working through the Green Belt certification process provided me the skillsets for establishing and implementing robust processes to attain business and customer goals.I have demonstrated success in areas of employee development as I’ve created several process and safety training programs along with employee assessment initiatives. I am firmly committed to engaging, educating, and empowering employees so they can have the tools necessary to perform their daily duties safely and free of roadblocks.
