I\'ve developed and implemented comprehensive post production and delivery legacy guidelines for broadcast distribution of Freevee and Prime Video assets. This initiative, spanning three seasons, established a new standard for syndication processes. Beyond process development, I\'ve managed the post production ecosystem, including Airtable maintenance, SOP guidelines, and am currently developing a training plan to onboard a dedicated team.
