Client & Project Management:• Delivered a wide range of custom technical solutions for over 15 clients, including data integrations, bespoke monitoring dashboards, and specialized API development to meet unique business needs.• Facilitated technical meetings with clients to gather requirements for custom features and API integrations.• Translated client needs into functional specifications for the development team and tracked project progress using Jira.Custom Feature Development:• Designed and developed a Python data pipeline to ingest product data from client APIs and synchronize it with our platform\'s core and store-level product databases, enabling automatic price updates on Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs).• Implemented the pipeline\'s core logic with a rules-based engine: simple data updates were streamed via Kafka for high-throughput, while complex data requiring enrichment from other APIs was handled asynchronously by a Celery task queue.• Built the core service using FastAPI and utilized PostgreSQL for its robust JSONB support to efficiently handle complex client data, Leveraging Redis for caching to reduce the latency of external API lookups.DevOps & System Reliability:• Developed and maintained CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines) to automate builds, unit and integration testing, and releases.• Deployed and managed containerized applications on Microsoft Azure using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code.• Acted as a key responder for production incidents, performing root cause analysis by investigating system logs in Azure Monitor (Log Analytics).• Maintained a hybrid monitoring environment using Azure Monitor for native cloud resources and an open-source stack including Zabbix and Grafana for application performance monitoring.
