Jay Kavathia

Founder @Banyan Realty Llc

I put together this company in efforts to conduct real estate acquisitions focused on sourcing, structuring, and closing creative deals in a variety of markets. Currently working across wholesaling, creative finance, and value-add opportunities, with an eye towards long- and short-term portfolio positions. I am actively building relationships with sellers, agents, and investors, all while expanding the means and expertise for a lucrative portfolio of rental properties.
