Responsible for delivering strategic operational requirements for BBC Studios Global Markets. This role provides technical and operational direction for new business, linear, non-linear, and direct to consumer propositions, VOD, FAST channels, and other media distribution solutions. Management of all administrative matters, including delivering content, localization, security, and assets to external clients, platforms, and divisional areas within the organization. Oversee and manage Broadcast Operations, Presentation Planning, Language Customization, and Workflow teams. Represent BBC Global Operations internationally. Key Achievements: Creation and integration of client management service teams to support Sales and Distribution business. Creation and implementation of business continuity protocols during the COVID 19 pandemic. Successful migration and integration of media delivery processes for Broadcast as well as Sales and Distribution business. Creation and implementation of “The Nerve.” A cloud-based end-to-end solution serving as a center of excellence for media distribution, processing, and storage including edit village and digital asset management strategy for BBC Studios worldwide: Successful launch of business and media preparation workflow for the Latin America CBeebies application, Amazon channels, HBO Max, Netflix, Brit Box platforms and FAST Channels for EMEA in multiple languages. Unification project of Localization assets for Latin America. Unification of playout services for the Latin American region via Centralization of Playout Systems (C.O.P.S.) project. Upgrade of affiliate Platform to MPEG 4 including planning and logistics for IRD float into Latin America. Planning and delivery of project OZ (One Zeus) for the unification of programming and presentation planning software for Latin American territories.
