Reporting to Program Services Manager and Project Execution Director managing project controls functions for above a portfolio of projects with an annual CAPEX of 1.0 B$, leading a team size of (10+ nos) planners, value and Assurance Risk Engineers, reporting specialists under my direct supervision as well as managing some project critical scopes along with some project engineers- Manage and lead the planning & scheduling review effort on Company’s value assurance process and associated functional reviews- Supervise and maintain an advanced professional planning functions for projects executed by the Project Execution Directorate (PED) during all stages- Facilitate schedule risk workshop and reviews at key stage gates and ensure that schedule risks are identified together with mitigating actions- Ensure planning and scheduling deliverables are - Develop Risk models using specialized software to establish P10, P50, P90 schedules and define adequate contingency- Establishes and maintains appropriate planning systems, fully integrated with P6 and appropriate for the project maturity (L2,L3,L4,L5)- Establish and maintain activity level integration between P6 and project management reporting tool- Provide planning expertise and support service throughout all levels of PED organization- Mentoring and Training and enhance team capabilities and ensure alignment with company and industry best practices- Responsible for implementing and updating the Project Control Plan, as required- Responsible for the preparation, progressing, reporting and performance analysis of detailed schedules for Capital Assets, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning including Shutdown relate activities.
