Licensed Structural and Mechanical engineer, with related design experience in Electrical engineering. I am well versed in all types of building materials and MEP systems, specializing in adapting existing buildings and MEP systems for new applications in commercial, residential, military, religious, etc. Structural projects include high-rise structural steel, complex concrete and masonry, multi-story post-tension parking garages and podiums, multi-story wood and cold formed steel, and high end custom residences. MEP projects include retail, food service, office, industrial, residential. I currently maintain active licenses in Civil (Structural) Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in several states. I also have experience designing and acting as engineer of record for electrical engineering projects in conjunction with other disciplines.
