ABOUT JAVIER CENTENO NIEVES

I am a transportation infrastructure professional with leadership experience in large-scale projects, currently holding technical responsibility within the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia, delivered under a P3 framework in coordination with GDOT. My experience spans the full project lifecycle — from tender development and technical coordination to construction execution, schedule management (including NTP3 planning) and cost control within a complex contractual environment.Rather than focusing on isolated disciplines, my role centers on coordinating technical decisions within the project’s contractual framework and in alignment with public-agency requirements. I ensure consistency between design, planning, and execution while complying with the obligations established under the P3 contract and the project’s defined quality standards.I operate effectively in high-responsibility environments, building trust across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders while bringing clarity to technically complex scenarios.Outside of my professional career, I compete in triathlon at an elite level. High-performance sport has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and long-term commitment to excellence — qualities I bring into every professional challenge.
